Waterfront Tower is a newly
renovated building that is part of a much larger project
transforming the southwest waterfront. Waterfront Tower " was
re-designed using sustainable building practices and green
material" from the Tower website but the development is not LEED
certified. Some of the larger units have washers and
dryers, for others there is a building laundry. Waterfront Tower's
Walkscore is okay. Walk Score calculates the walkability
of an address by locating nearby stores, restaurants, schools,
parks, etc. The walk score for the Waterfront Tower is
83 on 0 to 100 scale. From the
Waterfront Tower it's a short walk to National's Park.
Waterfront
Tower houses 139 condominium homes . It features studios one and two and two bedroom
condominium homes. Studio from the low $200s, one bedroom
starting at $300s and two bed rooms from the $500s.
